Responsibility: You are responsible for all content you upload or submit. You warrant that you own or have rights to all uploaded content and that it does not infringe upon third-party rights.
License to Us: By uploading content, you grant ResumeScorePro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our service (e.g., training our AI models with anonymized data to improve our service).
ResumeScorePro is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

Different ATS systems use different algorithms. Some scores may vary based on how hiring companies configure their systems.
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, links, or services accessed through ResumeScorePro.
Even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResumeScorePro, our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use ResumeScorePro ceases immediately.
Upon termination, we will delete your account data according to our Data Retention Policy (see Privacy Policy). Some provisions of these Terms will survive termination.
If you have a dispute with ResumeScorePro, please contact us at legal@resumescorepro.com. We will attempt to resolve the issue informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit disputes to binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. Arbitration will be conducted by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures.
You agree not to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions against ResumeScorePro.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of ResumeScorePro after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
