How to request a refund
Email support@resumescorepro.com from the email address used at checkout, with your name and purchase date. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
After a refund
Once refunded, your private Complete Report link is deactivated. The free scan (3 scans, no sign-up) remains available to you.
What's not refundable
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the charge.
- Charges already refunded once for the same purchase.
